o ATM Card Products
   ATM Cards
        • Make banking easy and convenient with the simple touch of a few buttons at an ATM machine using our ATM card product. Our ATM card provides your customers with access to their checking or savings account funds 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just enter a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to get cash, check balances, transfer funds or make a deposit. Our ATM card gives your customers access to thousands of locations displaying the CIRRUS or PLUS SYSTEM symbols. They can also make purchases at merchants where PINs are accepted when utilizing the Interlink feature.

   VISA Consumer Checkcards
        • The VISA Check Card displays the familiar VISA symbol; however, it is not a credit card. It is an ATM card that can also be used to pay for purchases directly from your checking account wherever VISA is accepted - around town, around the country, around the world. Visa check card is the country's most widely used debit POS payment product, providing cardholders safe and efficient access to their funds on deposit and superior value and functionality. And, it conveys a full range of Visa consumer benefits and protections.

   VISA Business Checkcards
        • Some institutions may be interested in issuing the Visa Business Check Card. It is a unique card, specifically designed for small and home-based business owners. This card offers small businesses card-based convenience to make purchases with their own funds, as well as access cash and other services through ATMs and Visa financial institutions. Like all other Visa credit and debit cards, it is accepted wherever the Visa logo is displayed.
Financial institutions choose to issue the card to build relationships with the fast-growing small business sector, to generate revenue from business accounts through interchange and other possible fees, and to reduce expenses by decreasing deposit and check processing costs.

o Card Services
   Interlink
        • Interlink is the leading nationwide electronic payment service developed by U.S. merchants, financial institutions, and consumers. Interlink was designed exclusively for the point of sale. When issuer ATM cards and/or Check Cards are enhanced with the Interlink logo, cardholders can access their checking accounts quickly and conveniently without a checkbook.
The Interlink service offers cardholders a convenient card-based payment alternative to cash and checks at the rapidly growing number of merchants with PIN-capable terminals. It also offers cash back at the point of sale at participating merchants.

   Card Usage Database
        • The Card Usage Database is a collection of data organized by individual cardholder. The data compiled consists of Cardholder information, ATM Transaction Information, PIN Based Transaction Information, Signature Based Transaction Information, and Denial Information. The Card Usage Database was developed to provide our customers with an avenue to market their Visa Check cards to their customer base. You could use the data to send mailers to customers who have never used their card, or send promotional material to cardholders who use their card frequently. Many institutions across the country are using rebates as a way to increase check card usage. These rebates range from “cash back” on each transaction, to free long distance or airline miles.
        The database also includes information on ATM transactions and surcharges. Banks could use this information to find out who is using “Foreign” ATM machines, and send a flier to those customers with the locations of surcharge free ATMs. Another option is to use the database to give your customers rebates on their surcharge fees and/or backend fees.

   Administrative Terminal
        • The Administrative Terminal is a web-based application that allows users the ability to conduct card maintenance via a secure internet connection using Internet Explorer. All data passed over the internet will be encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
        For card issuers, this application is used to view and edit card and balance records from your own user base and provides the capability to immediately change card status and limits. For ATM owners, it allows you to view the terminal control records of your ATMs.
        The ‘point and click’ environment allows easy navigation throughout the product. Enhanced screens, including ‘folder tabs’, provide easy viewing of all sub-windows and new pop-up windows for frequently referenced lists, such as the transaction codes.

   Card Marketing Campaigns
        • In partnership with the national card networks, i_TECH provides the marketing support you need to launch a successful check card program. This support includes national marketing campaigns to help educate consumers and to increase the demand for your check card. Also, we offer turnkey marketing kits that can be customized to your liking, helping you achieve the profitability and results you desire.

   Behind the Switch Processing
        • Behind-the-Switch (BTS) is the process whereby ATM and Visa Check Card transactions are authorized against the cardholder’s live balance, deducted immediately from the available balance and reflected on the host terminal. This product provides a more accurate view of a customer’s checking account balance by enabling tellers to see previously completed ATM transactions as well as outstanding Visa Check Card authorizations. Withdrawals and/or deposits made at the teller line will also be reflected at the ATM. This will put an end to the problem encountered when a cardholder does an ATM withdrawal followed by a withdrawal from a teller and overdraws his account.
        A "behind-the-switch" institution receives all on-us ATM transactions from a switch. In an ATM network, a "switch" is a transaction router. It receives transactions from ATMs and other switches, sorts them according to destination and sends them to the appropriate on-us institutions (or to another switch). A "behind-the-switch" institution does not operate any ATMs. The network gives cardholders access to any ATM in the network. Cardholders benefit by having access to a large number of ATMs and network members benefit by receiving and processing only on-us transactions.

o Dispute Resolution Management
   Transactions, whether at an ATM or a Visa Check Card purchase, may sometimes not go according to plan. When these situations occur, i_TECH's Dispute Resolution Team stands ready to help provide solutions.
   Our experienced staff is knowledgeable with all the rules and regulations involving Visa, Visa Plus, Interlink and Cirrus. Together with this knowledge and easy to use dispute forms we provide a system that saves you time helping to reduce back office costs.
    Once you initiate a dispute, we take it from there. Your dispute will be processed with the appropriate Network and followed through until completion. The appropriate adjustments will be made to a pre-determined settlement account and you will be notified about the details. Should any re-presentments or other changes affecting the dispute happen, we will work with you to ensure you understanding of the reasons. Appropriately if disputes enter into an arbitration or compliance situation, we will examine the dispute carefully to explain your options and how to proceed. i_Tech has an excellent record of helping Financial Institutions recover funds involved in arbitration or compliance cases.

o ATM Processing Support
   Terminal Driving
        • i_Tech has certified with the major ATM manufacturers and can drive almost every model available. And depending on the make and model of your ATM, we work with you to offer the most cost effective means of communication options. Whether using a traditional leased line option or connecting your Financial Institution’s frame network to ours or simply using a measured business phone line for dial up communications, i_Tech stands ready to provide you with a complete ATM processing program.

   TCP/IP Access
        • The Network offers TCP/IP access for both ATMs and the Administrative Terminal for those institutions that currently are running their own frame network system. i_Tech is able to tie into your institution’s frame cloud and allow access to our systems without adding any additional phone line costs to your institution. This same system will allow institutions to receive their reports and send their positive balance files without the need to place a long distance phone call to i_Tech. It also allows for faster transfer of the information. Institutions with ATMs running on TCP/IP are able to lower their communication costs by eliminating the dedicated leased or dial line. When ordering new ATMs, consider ordering them with the TCP/IP options which will eliminate the need of buying a protocol converter box.

   24/7 Monitoring
        • Maintaining peak customer access is critical to ATM program success. To keep your ATMs up and running, we provide 24/7 monitoring of the i_TECH network. With this extensive coverage, errors can be immediately detected and diagnosed, and repair crews can be dispatched at your request.    Custom Screens
        • i_Tech’s ATM processing center provides you with advanced and custom features to meet the specific needs of your institution. One of those features is the availability of custom screens that incorporate color graphics, animation and multilingual text. Ask us about this feature and whether it can be incorporated into your ATM.

   Selective Surcharge Alliance
        • If you enter into an agreement with another Financial Institution or multiple Financial Institutions to eliminate charging access fees (surcharges) for use of your ATM, i_Tech can facilitate that process. We can easily by-pass the card Bin Identification Numbers (BINS) you choose to eliminate from surcharging.

   Surcharging Capability
        • With our ATM system, you have the ability to add a surcharge (additional fee) for allowing non-customers to use your ATM. The charge is added to the amount of cash requested and is assessed at the time of the transaction.
