Information Technology, Inc. Check Image Processing Module (CIP) utilizes the
latest in imaging technology to streamline research, enhance productivity in
item processing, reduce mailing costs and provide a competitive edge. CIP is a
complete check management system which captures checks and stores electronic
images in place of the physical items themselves.

o Document Processing System
The Information Technology, Inc.
Document Processing System (DPS) is the fundamental link between your Windows NT
based Unisys NDP-Series capture transport and the ITI Premier II System. Item
capturing, daily fine sorting, microfilming and endorsement are all inherent
functions of DPS. DPS complements the advanced technology of NDP capture
transports, but goes the extra step.
o Exception
Item Processing (Express)
The Information Technology, Inc. Exception Item Module (EIM), which is also
referred to as Express, automates the processing of exception items. With
Express, a financial institution can significantly reduce the level of time and
resources required to process such items manually. Express offers on-line
handling for NSF items, returned items, suspect stop pay items and non-posted
items. Once these items are reviewed, Express completes the follow-up accounting
by reposting transactions or generating additional transactions, as necessary.
Express also provides a high degree of control over exception items by creating
a complete audit trail with reports and notices.

o Item Entry System
The Item Entry System (IES) is the core
of ITI's integrated transaction processing software systems and modules
accommodating Unisys S-Series Proof Systems, B-Series Reader/Sorters, DP-Series
Reader/Sorters, and NDP-Series of networked sorters, and affording complete
control of the proof process. Recently, ITI has expanded their integrated
transaction processing software to accommodate the entire range of NCR item
processing and sorter systems.
o Paperless Item
Module
The Information
Technology, Inc. Paperless Item Module (PIM) is a comprehensive system for
managing and controlling the processing of ACH transactions via magnetic tape,
data communications, or on-line input. PIM offers a complete and efficient means
for an institution or processor of multiple institutions to become an active
participant in the Automated Clearing House (ACH) System.
o Premier Image Director
With Premier Image Director, ITI
enhanced host and PC software are integrated, along with state of the art
hardware, to create a Document Management system which is unrivaled in the
industry.
The Premier Image Director Module offers fast, easy and consistent
access to a wide range of information by combining Document Imaging and COLD
(Computer Output to Laser Disk) processing into one system which is fully
integrated to the Information Technology, Inc. Premier and Premier II
applications. Director’s client/server architecture provides excellent
scalability, allowing clients to start with a cost effective solution to meet
today's requirements and expand by integrating additional document management
applications in the future.
o Statement
Rendering Service
Customer
statement rendering by i_TECH, for traditional and truncated customer accounts,
make month-end a breeze. We can take on part of, or all of, the monthly work of
developing and printing statements, enclosing checks or check images, and
handling the mailing or electronic transmission.
Statements with imaged
checks can be automatically prepared and stuffed by our equipment, eliminating
human errors such as missing checks or checks returned to the wrong customer.
When we handle the mailing, you benefit from i_TECH's volume postage discounts
(over and above any savings due to the low weight of enclosed check
images.)

CAPTURE – Back Counter is an innovative point-of-presentment workflow solution
that immediately increases productivity, reduces errors and facilitates early
transaction postings.
BRANCH CAPTURE allows you to meet
the constant demand for balancing data more quickly and accurately while
improving the quality of your customer’s transactions. And, the truncation of
checks at the point of presentment also reduces courier costs.
With its Courtesy Amount Recognition, Legal Amount
Recognition, Intelligent Character Recognition (CAR/LAR/ICR) and image
workflows, BRANCH CAPTURE can reduce keystrokes and save time. It also
identifies transaction errors and optionally prompts corrections before they
become part of the processing stream. The capture and validation of account
information assists in early fraud detection and the identification of potential
NSF items.
What Branch Capture means, day-to-day, is an
increase in transaction quality and reduction of transaction cost, while freeing
staff to provide better customer service and cross-sell new

(Merchant Capture)
Premier
REMOTE DEPOSIT – Merchant Capture provides commercial customers the option of
depositing checks without leaving their place of business. In addition to the
obvious benefit of virtually eliminating transportation/courier costs, REMOTE
DEPOSIT allows for later posting deadlines and improved cash flow. Physical and
geographic boundaries are eliminated, opening up opportunities for expansion
into areas that have previously been out-of-reach markets. And, it becomes
easier to solidify current customer relationships by providing the advantages of
account consolidation and streamlined cash management.
An image quality analysis done at point of presentment totals the number and
value of all imaged checks, eliminating miskeeping and miscounting. Using a
secure Internet connection with SSL 128-bit encryption, the merchant sends the
entire batch of checks to the bank electronically. Immediate return confirmation
shows that the deposit was received.

Capture - Front Counter
Premier FRONT COUNTER helps increase efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction
and boost profits by simplifying teller line transactions. FRONT COUNTER allows
tellers to focus more attention on the customer, not on the
transaction.
An advanced branch automation tool, FRONT
COUNTER uses image-capture functionality to automatically capture,
validate, endorse, proof, balance and manage
transactions from the moment they arrive at the teller
window.
FRONT COUNTER eliminates manual proofing and
encoding and minimizes exceptions resulting in a dramatic reduction in cost of
research and adjustments. With fewer manual keying errors, each item is read
correctly, extending the processing day and speeding funds
availability.
Back office processing costs are reduced,
and because virtual tickets are created, control, cash, deposit and general

of presentment and non-MICR ink is immediately identifies. In addition, the

Director Document Distribution manages and seamlessly handles the distribution
of statements from demand deposit and savings accounts, CODs and loans.
Director Document Distribution is an electronic
delivery solution, automatically sending secured electronic statements and
notices to individual customers by the Web or e-mail. Attach a customized
e-mail, cover letter or promotional message – and even “carbon copy” a
statement.
Give your customers the choice from numerous
options to allow them to fit their banking to their lifestyle. For example,
customers can choose to have their statements printed, and only notices
