The Technical
Services area brings the three facets of i_Tech into one. Technicians proactively
monitor, troubleshoot and support the entire i_Tech infrastructure, including
internet, network connectivity, server operations and firewall administration.
Technical Support manages a multitude of platforms, operating systems, networks,
databases, applications and technical vendor relationships.
We know that
a wide range of technical services are necessary to effectively support Front
and Back Office operations for our customers. Typically the technologies are
leading edge and the pressures on time and cost are very high. i_Tech’s
Technical Engineers have extensive experience across a variety of technologies
to deliver solutions to our customers. More importantly they have the knowledge
of how these technologies are best applied.
Installation of new systems
into an operating environment can be both technically demanding and
organizationally complex if disruption to the business is to be avoided. Such
systems may be new file servers, network systems, third party applications or a
number of systems or applications from different vendors that require interface
for effective and efficient operation. i_Tech technical support provides our
customers an experienced, certified, full-service tech team that allows for
quick and effective installation for any number of key technical
situations.
