We are a data processing service company providing
Financial Processing, Item Processing, Imaging and Archiving, Internet Banking,
Network Communications, Internet Access, Microcomputer Support, and ATM/EFT
services to financial institutions. Our headquarters are located in Billings,
Montana, operating as a full service data center. i_TECH maintains an
experienced staff of nearly 200 skilled individuals consisting of network
consultants, certified security engineers, software architects, relationship
managers, and client service professionals.
We feature the fully integrated ITI Core solution combined with Item Processing,
Imaging and Archiving, eCommerce, ATM/EFT services and Technical Support. In
addition, we offer selective third party interfaces that provide comprehensive
and complete coverage for our financial institution customers.
i_TECH employs an in-house staff of ATM software architects providing our
clients the ability to customize their ATM and Check Card Services. Our ATM
division provides 24/7 network monitoring, fraud protection, settlement and
chargeback processing, card marketing, as well as superior training and support
personnel. We currently provide service for more than 2,100 ATMs in 35 states.
The R&D division at i_Tech strives to keep i_Tech and our customers at the
forefront of new technologies. Working with new solutions, introducing and
implementing new products and addressing the larger technological picture is our
primary goal – while keeping in mind the needs of our individual customers, both
large and small.
Our over 45 years of experience and understanding of the financial industry means we are large
enough to provide comprehensive coverage in all areas of Account and Document
Processing, Imaging and Archiving and ATM/EFT Processing. But, we are also small
enough to care about getting things right for each and every customer.
